• All orders ship from Pennsylvania Monday–Friday.

• Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day, unless there are unforeseen delays such as weather or order verification.


Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

• No exchanges offered.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
