We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once hair has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:
1. Visit your My Account page
2. Select the order you’d like to return
3. Click View Order
4. Choose Request Return and complete the form

Please note:
• We do not offer exchanges
• Return shipping costs are not covered, and a shipping label will not be provided
• Returned items will be reviewed upon receipt. Items not meeting return requirements will be sent back via First Class Mail.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed on the Friday following your return’s review. Funds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
